CEO & PRESIDENT
Norman Oliver, Sr.
Norman Oliver Sr. founded RockSolid Contracting in 2006 after owning several successful businesses. RockSolid was founded with the hopes of giving skilled individuals a second chance all while building upon their character and skill. Prior to being known as “Stormin’ Norman” the CEO Mr. Oliver was a City Councilman for 12 years in Wilmington the largest city in Delaware. He also ran Stormin’ Norman’s Classic the largest basketball league in the state of Delaware for over 20 years. When Norman is not busy with RockSolid duties he also finds time for philanthropy. For the last 40 years Mr. Oliver has ran a turkey drive that has given out over 200,000 turkeys to families during the holiday season.
RockSolid Contracting has delivered best-in-class general contracting services to customers in a wide variety of markets, including corporate, commercial, manufacturing, education, government at the city and state levels and public venues in multiple states to include Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Washington D.C..

T Lynn is a twenty-two year military veteran who taught Military Science at the United States Military Academy at West Point in West Point, NY. In addition to being the Vice President of RockSolid Contracting she is also the Director of Procurement.
